Excellent refurbished large family holiday gite with five bedrooms and 4 bathrooms ( 3 en-suite) can sleep up to 10 people in the 5 bedrooms but there is also the possibility to utilise the sofa bed in the largest bedroom to sleep up to12 people plus 1 baby in the cot!
The gite is delightfully located in the Manche area of Normandy between the towns of Sourdeval and Mortain close to the River. We have created a tiled ramp for disabled access from the parking into the house. There is also a twin bedroom on the ground floor which contains an en-suite bathroom (wet room) with sit down shower suitable for people with mobility problems. This room also has its own private balcony with far reaching views over the river valley.
Outside there is an ample garden mainly laid to lawn with swings and a water feature.

Secluded location in the hamlet of Brouains which is between Sourdeval and Mortain in the Manche area of Normandy. The gite is well situated for the D Day beaches, Le Mont St Michel and many other areas of interest in Normandy. The gite is actually located on the D911 near La Sée River. Just down the road (5 minutes walk) is a good restaurant Moulin de la Sée.
Please note that you must leave by 10am on the day of departure and not arrive before 4pm on day of arrival unless by prior consent.
